We know how it goes

If this sounds like your week, you’re in good company

Most small businesses don’t struggle for lack of effort. They struggle because the money side happens in the gaps: late at night, between customers, on the back of a receipt.

  1. The business card paid for the weekly shop. Again.

Two profiles, one tap apart. Nothing gets mixed up.

  2. VAT day turns up like a bill you forgot you had.

A running VAT set-aside, based on the sales you log.

  3. Three clients owe you money. You think.

Client invoices tracked, so you know who’s paid.

  4. Sales in one app, costs in another, receipts in a shoebox.

Upload statements and Qwiky sorts the lines for you to check.

  5. Everyone gets paid before you do.

A clear view of what the business made after costs.

  6. Your accountant needs “everything” by Friday.

    Tidy summaries, ready to send.

Why it matters

Close up shop. Sit down to dinner.

FAQs

Questions from business owners

Can’t find what you’re after? Ask Qwiky inside the app.

Is Qwiky accounting software?

No. Qwiky is an organisation tool: it keeps your business money clear and prepares summaries you can share with your accountant. It doesn’t file returns or replace professional advice.

Does Qwiky submit my VAT return?

No. Qwiky helps you estimate how much to set aside based on the sales you log. Filing and paying stays with you or your accountant.

Do I need a business bank account?

No. You can add figures yourself or upload statements from whichever account you use, as PDFs or photos.

I’m a sole trader. Is this for me?

Very much so. Qwiky for Business was made with sole traders, freelancers and small shops in mind, especially if you do the money side yourself.

Can I keep my personal budget too?

Yes. The Business plan includes a personal profile as well, kept separate and one tap away.

What happens after the free week?

If you keep going, it’s £8.99 a month with no contract. Cancel before day 7 and you won’t pay a penny.
